30% of the total, 14 days before arrival
70% of the total, upon delivery of the keys
Medium Season (April, May, June, September, October)
30% of the total, 30 days before arrival
70% of the total, upon delivery of the keys
High Season (July, August)
50% of the total, at the time of booking
50% of the total, upon delivery of the keys
CANCELLATION
Low Season (January, February, March, November, December)
The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay 30% of the total price if he cancels or modifies the reservation during the 14 days before the arrival date.
Medium Season (April, May, June, September, October)
The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay 30% of the total price if he cancels or modifies the reservation during the 30 days before the arrival date.
High Season (July, August)
The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels or modifies the reservation at any time.
HOUSING RULES
No smoking (inside the villa)
No barbecues
No parties or any other kind of eventNo pets
It's not allowed using the swimming pool or stay in the terraze from 24:00 till 09:00
It's not allowed the visits or overnight stays of people outside the reservation
PAYMENT AND REFUND METHODS
Payments can be made with:

Refunds will be made by the same method in which the charges were made.

Check-in: 4pm to 12pm
Check-out: 8am to 10am

It's not allowed using the swimming pool or stay in the terraze from 24:00 till 09:00

The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels or modifies the reservation at any time.
